Book Challenge – H

Hello bookish friends!

Previously on The Bookish Chick’s blog, we talked about some of my most memorable reads and books still sitting on my TBR with the letter G. This week we’re moving on to the letter H, and I desperately need to find more books that start with this letter! This week was quite the challenge.

If you missed my post last week you can check it out HERE.
You can add me on Goodreads HERE.

Let’s dive in!

Most Memorable Reads

  • Harry Potter is really a no brainer. I mean this is the series that began my love for reading like so many others. Harry, Ron, Hermione, and the rest of the Hogwart’s gang will always be my day one’s, my OG’s, and my home away from home.
  • Heir of Fire is also the another no brainer. It’s not everyday we get a fine new specimen to pine over, and yes, I’m talking about Rowan Whitethorn (and also Manon Blackbeak, my QUEEN). My poor tortured baby. I can’t wait to be reunited with him in 23 days, not that I’m counting or anything.

Books Still on my TBR

  • Hidden Bodies, is the ONLY book on my TBR that starts with the letter H. But it’s also one that I’m super excited to dive into at some point.  I loved being inside of Joe’s mind, as fucked up as it was. If you haven’t read You and are into physiological thrillers you should definitely check it out!

That’s all for this week!

Until next time, cropped-img_23577.jpg

  1. I still haven’t read Harry Potter and your posts and tweets are constantly motivating me to jump into the series!

      1. It’s crazy because I have the entire series AND the illustrated versions but yet I’ve NEVER opened a single book 😂 I’m going to do it in your honor one day!!

      2. Ahhhh I want the illustrated versions so bad! One day when I have kids I’ll be reading it to them every single day haha.

Whenever you get around to reading them you have to tell me what you think!

  2. I’m so glad Harry Potter is on your list – it’s the best! Just like you, it was the series that kicked off my love for reading and it makes me so happy when I see it on other people’s lists of favourite books.
