Hiya April! π·
Another month in 2019 flew by, so y’all already know the drill. It’s time to talk about all the books that I read in March! I read 7 books this month, not my best and also not my worst, but I’ll take it. My ratings were primarily four stars and two stars for all of the books I read this month which I thought was kind of interesting.
Now I’m super excited for April to be here because it’s officially time for the Magical Read-a-thon. You can check out my TBR for it HERE!
Let’s dive in!
What I read in March

TL;DR
Donβt feel like reading a review?
Hereβs my thoughts on each book in one sentence!
- In the Neighborhood of True – 10/10 will hit you in the feels.
- Enchatee – Card games and magic with a side of bordeom.
- Wicked Saints – Your new favorite monsters are in town.
- The Vanishing Stair – What do you mean I need to wait a year for more answers?!
- Shadow Me by Tahereh – Kenji wants someone to love, that’s it.
- Truly, Devious – A good ol’ twisty, turn-y whodunit.
- The Poet X – You’ll be snapping your fingers non-stop while reading this.

Least Favorite Read of the Month
I don’t think I’ll be reviewing this one on here because I honestly don’t have much to say besides how bored I was.
Thatβs all for today!
Until next time,
You had a wonderful reading month! I started reading Enchantee (it was one of my most anticipated reads) and had to put it down! I haven’t picked it back up yet π¬ But I really want to read Truly Devious so I’m so happy to see that it was an enjoyable read for you! Happy April! β¨

I’ve been wanting to read Enchantee for so long, but I’ve been seeing so many mixed reviews. It sounds so good, and I’m disappointed that it’s not seeming to do super well… I’ll probably move it down on my list for the time being. I love your wrap-up and the one sentence reviews. So fun and useful! π

Thanks, I have a blast writing the one sentence reviews haha! I hope Enchantee works out for you if you decide to give it a chance. I went into it without knowing much about it since it was a buddy read, but it just wasn’t for me.

Great wrap up! I actually DNF’ed Enchantee, such a shame as I have seen so much hype!

Great post!
I definitely hope to read Truly Devious at some point this year. I got the paperback awhile back and I’ve heard it’s really quite good. I didn’t realize until recently that the next book already came out.
Currently reading In a Dark, Dark Wood by Ruth Ware.
