WWW Wednesday

Hello, bookish friends! ✨

Welcome back to another WWW Wednesday! In case you missed any of my other WWW Wednesday posts, here is the idea behind the tag:

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @Taking On A World Of Words, the rules are simple you just have to answer these three questions:

What are you currently reading?
What did you recently finish reading?
What do you think you’ll read next?

Let’s dive in!

What am I currently reading?

  • I was lucky enough to receive an e-ARC of Serpent & Dove and you guys!!! I can’t remember the last time I was this invested in a fantasy novel. From the witches, to the enemies to lovers, to the plot twists I’m just living for this.
  • Dreamology has been sitting on my TBR and bookshelf for years so it’s about time I dive into this. I’m not far into it so we’ll see how this one turns out.
  • I’m not going to lie…I’ve been having trouble getting into The Diviners. I’m only about 100 pages in and I’m not giving up hope yet but I’m also a little bummed that it’s taking this long to get into it.

What did I recently finish reading?

  • I recently read Mooncakes and ADORED it! Normally graphic novels aren’t my jam but this worked so well for me. You can find my review HERE.
  • Dreaming Darkly was an ARC I received awhile back and it just king of slipped my mind, however, I’m glad that I did read it now that spooky season is approaching. Even though this was a tad bit predictable, if you’re looking for a creepy, atmospheric read this might be a good choice for you. I’ll have a review up soon!

What will I read next?

  • I may or may have SCREAMED when I received an e-mail from Wednesday Books asking if they could send me a copy of this….and I may or may not be stalking my mailman everyday until it arrives. I absolutely loved Sky in the Deep so I can’t wait to dive back into Adrienne Young’s newest book which comes out September 3rd!

That’s all for today!

Until next time,

  1. I added Dreamology to my physical shelf a few months ago and I don’t know why I haven’t read it yet since I went out and bought it online practically right away when I heard about it. Excited to hear your thoughts on it 🙂
